    Commercial property investment is one of our core activities and Marchfield Properties is the commercial property division of the Marchfield Group.

    We invest in properties with the opportunity to enhance the quality of the asset either through capital expenditure, change of use or improving the occupational mix through lease restructuring. We will consider refurbishments, short-term leases, vacant or part vacant buildings and portfolios across all commercial use classes.

    Our commercial portfolio extends to over 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) comprising approximately 40% retail, 10% offices and 50% industrial by floor area.

    Typically we invest in lot sizes of £500,000 to £5,000,000 either independently or with joint venture partners. We have no external shareholders and manage our portfolio directly in order to maximise value and create strong relationships with our tenants.
